Creating a marketplace for user-created legal documents
The Law Resource Exchange creates a marketplace for attorneys to exchange user-created legal documents and knowledge. Using our marketplace, attorneys can buy previously created legal documents from others, as well as post his or her documents for sale.

It empowers small firms and solo practicioners by giving them access to a repository of sample documents to review when preparing a new legal document. Instead of having to "reinvent the wheel" every time, attorneys can purchase a few samples, get some research ideas or boilerplate clauses, and significantly reduce the time and effort involved in drafting a new document or researching a new issue. This gives small firms and solo practicioners many of the advantages that exist when practicing in a large firm - the ability to leverage previously created work product and expertise.

Generate a passive income
At the same time, the Law Resource Exchange enables attorneys to generate passive income from work that they have already done. Instead of selling their time and generating revenue on an hourly basis, attorneys can finally generate a passive income by placing their previously written work for sale. Over time, this can become a significant supplement to an attorney's income, and allow them to break away from the grind of selling their time to earn income.
